Cookies for Breakfast? YES, PLEASE!
The holiday season is upon us and with that comes my craving for sweets. I’m not going to lie I’ve probably eaten enough cookies this week alone to last the entire year and let’s be real I am eating one now! But this little guy isn’t as bad as the others I have indulged in earlier this week. All you need is three ingredients! (see below) This recipe is amazing it’s literally TWO ingredients and then you add whatever you want. Anything whatever your favorite sweet treat is go head add it. I will be recreating this one with crushed peppermint or maybe even a little salted caramel for the holidays, but these guys are just as amazing by themselves.
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup oatmeal
- chocolate chips (I used a mixture of chocolate and peanut butter chips)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Get a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 peeled bananas and a hand full of chocolate chips. Mix well until your contents look exactly like any oatmeal cookie batter would. Next get your cookie sheet cover in tin foil grease with coconut oil and start scooping out whatever size amount you want your cookies. Place them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and ENJOY!!!!
